Meet the Team
Stacey Samuels Cole,
Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
Dr. Stacey Samuels Cole currently holds Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degrees in Pharmacology and Rehabilitation Science from Xavier University of Louisiana and Louisiana State University Medical Center, respectively.
She also obtained Master’s of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in Rehabilitation Science with a concentration in geriatric clinical health issues. Dr. Cole relocated to Maryland in 1997 to pursue studies in Audiology at the University of Maryland, College Park, receiving her Master’s of Arts (MA) degree in 2002 and Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) degree in 2014. She currently holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) and is state-licensed. Professional memberships include: Fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology; The American Board of Audiology; the American Speech and Hearing Language Association (ASHA); the International Hearing Society (IHS); and the American Academy of Audiology (Fellow-AAA). In June of 2015, Dr. Cole was appointed to the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers and Speech Language Pathologists. Dr. Cole’s dissertation focused on the impact of cognition (working memory) and hearing loss on speech perception in the geriatric population and gained her the 2014 Student Mentored American Auditory Society Award.
Dr. Cole’s goal is to improve the quality of her patients’ lives through the provision of excellent hearing and balance healthcare. She ensures her ability to provide the best clinical services to her patients by maintaining cutting-edge knowledge of auditory/vestibular methodology. Her areas of expertise include audiological rehabilitation (i.e. hearing aids/amplification systems), cognition (working memory) and speech perception, and vestibular/balance testing and rehabilitation.
Dr. Stacey Samuels Cole is dedicated to the provision of excellent hearing/balance healthcare. It is important to her that each patient is educated on his or her hearing/balance status and apply this information to determine the best course of individualized treatment. Dr. Cole resides with her husband and daughter (Camille) in Ellicott City, Maryland. She enjoys white-water rafting, traveling, furniture restoration, and most of all, gardening.
Dr. Bria Collins earned her undergraduate and doctorate degrees at the University of Maryland College Park. Dr. Collins has been practicing audiology in the Maryland region since 2010. She specializes in hearing aids and assistive listening technology.
While at the University of Maryland College Park, Dr. Collins was captain of the women’s track and field team and earned All-East and All- American Academic Honors in Shot Put. Dr. Collins is originally from Mt Sinai, NY. She currently resides in Derwood, Maryland with her husband, two kids, and Olde English Bulldog.
Cindy Leeb, Au.D., received her Doctorate in Audiology from Northwestern University. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences.
Her graduate clinical rotations included: The Hearing and Speech Agency (HASA), Baltimore, Suburban Hearing Services, Lake Barrington, IL, Specialized Audiology Service, Chicagoland area, Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, Lake Forest, IL , Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL ,Northwestern University Audiology Clinic, Evanston, IL and the University of Maryland Clinic, College Park, MD. Her main interests include the practical provision and successful adoption of hearing aids. She joined A&A Hearing Group in 2015. Dr. Leeb is licensed by the Maryland Board of Examiners for Audiologists.
Dr. Leeb strives to get to know all her patients, and develop long term relationships with them so that she can truly serve their hearing needs for many years to come.
Patient Care Coordinator
Lauren Bradshaw is the Patient Care Coordinator at the Elkridge office. She’s dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all of her patients.
A University of Maryland grad, Lauren also handles provider credentialing and marketing for the company. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing volleyball and volunteers coaching high school volleyball.

Natalie is a “people person”. She enjoys meeting new patients and building relationships with current patients. In her spare time she loves to sing jazz, go hiking and travel. She is in the Elkridge and Annapolis offices and looks forward to having a great conversation with you at your next visit.
